Augmented Steam v4.7.0

Augmented Steam v4.7.0, has just been submitted for review.

• fixed inventory quick sell buttons after Steam's breaking change
• refactored custom links to use their own box on app pages, instead of Steam's report/share (#2324)
• added SLUG_ and SLUG- as a replacement options for custom links (#2276)
• card prices are now being fetched on demand, to prevent Steam's throttling; I've also changed to different endpoint, which might help a little too
• added option to import ignore list to ITAD - this is one way only, and it won't remove ignored games when you remove them from Steam, for now it's just additive; if you enable this, you will need to reconnect to ITAD to authorize with new permissions
• added option to show wishlist ranking in other than priority sorts
• added ProtonDb search as an option to Context menu (#2312)
• added date of last update to VaporLens (#2314)
• fixed highlights priority - wishlist should have higher priority than followed (#2273)
• fixed tags not showing up in search (#2272)
• made improvements to purchase date fetching, should be more accurate now (#2309)
• added length indicator when writing a guide (#2260)
• improved broadcast removal feature (#2253)
• improved handling of ITAD connection expiry - you can now get popup that would prompt about reconnect, see options
• review sorting will no longer remember last sort, but instead goes to default - prevents long loading times when opening profile that has large number of reviews
