I've used GameBillet over the course of nearly a year now. In that time I've made 7 purchases. I don't recall any of those times; having an issue with my purchase. Maybe the very 1st purchase might have been a bit delayed for verification purposes but it wasn't long at all. Every other purchase has been instant. They give the option to pay via Credit Card or Paypal and a few other options. If you're in Australia, better to pay via card as Paypal charges a conversion fee but it's not expensive. Might be $1 more here & there. The website is user friendly, making it relatively easy to view your past orders & keys. It has a direct link for Steam redemption (not sure about other clients but I imagine it would for them too) making it a bit easier to redeem those games. On purchase of a game, you're given the option to reveal your key which I really like because currently as per their refund policy; if you change your mind, you can get a refund before revealing the key and before 14 days is up. So it's reasonable enough and for me, that's much better than some stores who offer the same sort of refund policy but then reveal the key to you as soon as you buy the game. So definite + for GameBillet there. The prices have always been really good. Sometimes historical lows or just good discounts. I had to contact their support for a small enquiry, expecting a response days later as they operate in the UK and I'm in Aus. I got a response within literally 2 minutes. After considering the year I've used & purchased games off them, I can say I'm fairly confident in being a continued customer with GameBillet as I've not experienced any shady practices or issues.
