Sold me Doom Eternal for cheap, 24 hours later I still don't have it, the purchase doesn't show in my profile on their page, I got an automated email about it being a "pending" sale, the product page is gone, and despite writing a support ticket 12 hours ago, all I've received in response is a pending refund on my CC - no response whatsoever otherwise. Unprofessional, confusing, and strange. I don't even know if I own the game. I suspect not, but since I don't know, I don't feel good buying it elsewhere. They could cancel the pending refund and never send me the game. Or they could cancel it and send me the game. So I'll just wait a few days, and hope it doesn't go off sale on other sites. Total waste of time, zero communication, all around bad experience.
