**Positives:** They have GBP prices for everyone, meaning they are often the cheapest store for those who do not have access to a really low-priced Steam region. Their selection is acceptable, especially when it comes to newer titles. Their support is fast and responsive, even when asking questions at the individual store pages of the games. **Negatives:** Not much. They could probably have more games to offer, but so do most any ITAD-featured stores. Also, despite being cheap, some games seem to have a natural price markup for compensation, so they tend to be among the less lucrative choices on games that are not on sale.
