Review #970

I've been using Fanatical since 2015. Up until now, I've bought 21 games off them & literally in the middle of writing this I just bought another, so 22 now. I've never once had an issue buying anything off them. Their website is very user friendly, looks clean & is pretty easy to understand. You're advised whether the key unlocks in your region or not and what DRM/Store it activates on with some simple scrolling. Local prices are displayed (at least for AUD I can confirm). They have a coupon system as well and whenever you buy off them, you're given a 5% discount coupon (Edit: *usually*), although it unfortunately only lasts for a month from the date of purchase. Still, it's nice if you end up wanting something else within that time. During some special sales events they may even have additional coupons for 10% off. Sometimes if they have freebie promos, they're automatically added to your cart so your not always missing out. They even offer an addon/extension for browsers so you can keep track of stuff; called Fanatical Assisstant but I haven't personally looked into this much. But it shows a higher level of professionalism & customer services than most sites. Even Steam don't offer their own official extension/add ons for browsers. Otherwise, I wouldn't be on isthereanydeal. From Australia, I can say they accept multiple card payments, Union Pay Express & PayPal. What's really nice with PayPal here is that cause it's in AUD, you're not charged any additional processing fees or exchange rates. Another plus I like is when you order a game, the key isn't revealed instantly and compliments their return policy which advises revealed keys can't be refunded. And you have around 14 days from the time of purchase. Either way, you're always better off checking their return policy for yourself. It seems reasonable enough. It also has a redeem button to take you directly to the store's redeem page, for Steam at the very least. **Overall**; great store, user friendly, cheap, offers coupons, multiple payment methods and nothing shady from the 22 games I've bought across 6 years.
