Three days after completing and successfully paying for an order, Voidu has not the delivered the product key. Voidu has been ignoring multiple emails to support@voidu.com, tweets to @VoiduGlobal, and messages on https://www.reddit.com/r/AskVoidu/ (i.e., the official Voidu subreddit.) Reading the recent comments on TrustPilot and Reddit, apparently a lot of people have been having the same problem with Voidu. UPDATE: Five days after successful payment, I got my card payment company to reverse the payment. I never received the product key or a reply from Voidu, except a defensive reply to my negative review for Voidu on TrustPilot.
