They generally aren't -bad-, but they do not make it clear what games come with Steam keys and which ones don't. It's safer to assume that you'll have to download directly thru them, and not get a key. Since I really am not interested in them as a remote library, I probably won't use them again. Also, they do not support Paypal if you have a 2-step verification (pin key) process.
