Review #927

I tried to buy a game from them. They put my payment on "manual review" and wouldn't give me a key. I tried contacting customer support... when I attempted to login, the site told me my account was locked and to contact support, which I couldn't do without logging in. I reached out on Twitter and their Reddit account and received no reply. I guess I'll have to issue a chargeback via my credit card. Absolutely horrible experience with no communication from the company whatsoever. I'll avoid them at all costs in the future.
