Based on a true experiment and featuring several of the writings found in Newton's infamous Waste Book of scientific data and philosophical musings - An Eye for Optical Theory 1666 is a point & click horror adventure game where the player must examine Isaac Newton's surroundings in his room at Woolsthorpe Manor and help guide Isaac to a breakthrough in the field of Optics. It is a short, linear, atmospheric, and narrative focused experience with a retro styled presentation. Some sequences feature flashing colours which could potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
