You are one of the test subjects, and therefore one of the few survivors, of an underground lab sponsored by the government to create super-soldiers in the upcoming global war. Now decades later, the Great War and the ensuing civil wars left the country decimate. You are part of The Resurgence, one of the eight factions trying to conquer or unite Mir. The Resurgence took you in when you had little chance of survival. Now it's up to you. Who will you put in the first place? Your faction or yourself? Be careful!
