This is a game for anyone who just wants to grill a steak. That’s it. You grill steaks. We’ve really focused on getting that jiggly meat texture just right. Grill three different types of steak to perfection, front and back, just like the customer ordered. Adjust your timing based on steak thickness, and try not to flip it too many times. Nobody likes an over-flipped steak.
