Marrakech hospital was taken by evil. A doctor who was raised by demons and born to be a problem to the world is hidden inside the hospital invoking evil creatures. Jack was called because he is the only one capable to defeat him. Use a blessed AK and other weapons to defeat these evil creatures who won't stop for nothing until they destroy all the good living things on the planet.
