One fateful night, while Penguin P.I. Giuseppe Squawks is out to dinner with his dearest girlfriend, a seemingly random explosion takes his loved one from him. Now, aided by an octopus named Tony the Tickler, he must hunt down the Mafioso who orchestrated the accident and bring him to justice.
