One frontier town of fewer than ten thousand residents, empowered by the newly laid railway, swelled into a million-strong megacity within just three decades. Yet overcrowded streets, polluted rivers, and the bones of the homeless soon revealed the limits of that progress; expansion outward seemed the only path forward. Silent Forest is a card-based roguelike game that marries simple controls with deep, varied gameplay.
