In the 1990s, a young Chinese individual established a website called Abnormal1999 in the United States, which collected a large amount of abnormal cases and events. Meanwhile, in China, a police officer named "Liu Qingchun" also founded the 403 Intelligence Division, which similarly gathered abnormal intelligence. Over the course of more than a decade, these two organizations gradually grew in size and began to oppose each other, employing numerous intelligence personnel to gather information and leads. This game is the first installment of this series, with plans to release 2 episodes each month, totaling 6 episodes for a season. Each episode is both independent and interconnected.
