A remote island a little south of Honshu. Climbing the stone steps that continue from the base of the hilly island, one reaches a hilltop with a panoramic view of the town and sea below, and on top of that hill is the school that the protagonists attend. However, the factory of a large company that made up the majority of the island's industry is planning to withdraw next year, and the number of students is gradually decreasing. On top of another hill on the island is a dormitory that was converted from the school's old school building. Due to the decrease in dormitory students, only the protagonist and the heroine currently live there. A transfer student who has somehow arrived at this time also gets involved in the dormitory, and although they sometimes rebel, they spend their days having fun and slapstick fun.
