The Amusement

The Amusement is a narrative virtual reality game in which the player takes on the role of Samantha Burkhart. Sent by her mother to inspect an abandoned amusement park inherited from her late father, the 19-year-old woman is overwhelmed by memories of her childhood. To come to terms with her past, Samantha explores the park and solves puzzles in this redirected-walking adventure. Set in the 1920s, the story of The Amusement draws on the scars of the post-war period. At her mother's request, Samantha visits the family amusement park for one last inspection: a winding maze, the ruins of Atlantis... and of course, roller coasters!
